Bio: North Pole Quality Construction is a family-owned business in Alaska. Rich and Cathi Staley tsarted the business in 1982 building homes and doing concrete work. Since then it has progressed to developing subdivisions and building neighborhoods. Rich went to college at UNR. He married Cathi in 1973, and they have 4 children. Rich and Cathi moved to Alaska in 1975. Rich has worked in the construction industry for over 37 years with most of his career in Alaska.
