Chugiak Homes

Located about 20 miles northeast of Anchorage, between Eagle River and Eklutna, Chugiak is an unincorporated community in the Municipality of Anchorage. With just over 8,000 residents, the Chugiak community is currently one of Anchorage's main areas for suburban expansion. "Chugiak" a Dena'ina word, means "place of many places."
