Fire & Ice Festival New Year's Celebration
December 31, 2016; 5 PM to 8 PM
Town Square Park, Anchorage AK
This free event has become an Anchorage tradition! Come enjoy the live music, street performers, fire dancers, kids ice gallery, food trucks and of course, fireworks, in Town Square Park!
Girdwood Torchlight Parade
December 31, 2016; 8:30 PM to 10 PM
Alyeska Resort, Girdwood AK
Skiers and snowboarders will carry torches in a procession down the mountain at Alyeska Resort in Girdwood, creating a parade of lights! The parade begins at 9 PM and is followed by a memorable fireworks show!
Razzle Dazzle New Year's Ball
December 31, 2016; 9 PM
Anchorage Museum, Anchorage AK
Dance the New Year's Eve night away with local DJs and a unique backdrop inspired by the patterns used as camouflage during World War I. Guests are encouraged to wear black and white and tickets range from $55 to $150.
New Year's Eve Spectacular

Christmas in Ice, Santa Claus Lane, North Pole AK
Count down to the new year with Santa and enjoy this new event in North Pole! Entry is free after 10 PM, but doors close at 11:45 so all can see the fireworks show!
New Year's Eve Social Dance

Pioneer Park Dance Center, Fairbanks AK
Say goodbye to 2016 with a dance party! Admission is $6 for the general public and non-marking shoes are encouraged.
