While remaining active in the Alaskan real estate market can be an added stressor this time of year, there are some unique perks to selling your home over the holidays. The buyers who are continuing their home search are typically very motivated. Not to mention, many homeowners remove their homes from the market between Thanksgiving and New Year’s, which gives you a competitive edge. If you’d like to discuss listing your home in the Alaskan real estate market this season, please let us know. We look forward to hearing from you!
